The place was exceptionally clean with relaxing atmosphere short walk to the pier as well as the beach and loads to do. We greatly enjoyed location, it was particularly good and fab, to town shops n bus routes.

Nice stay for the weekend. Compact rooms of the apartment with a seaview. Bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. A marvellous and lovely location being close enough to nice pubs.

The rate was great and I loved the service offered, it was excellent. There were modern and functional rooms with bedroom. The location was indeed marvellous, so close to the beachfront. And I was located right on the sea front.

Our apartment was lovely just off seafront, bars, restaurants and reception as well as the main attractions and food. The service was excellent, loved it. The location was great and lovely, it was easy to get to Tower Gardens.

This apartment is my first choice in Skegness considering its excellent service and views of the sea. Staff are efficient, I'm very grateful to them. Building is truly lovely, everything is clean.

Clean property right by arcades, fish and chip shops, restaurants, pubs and many more, resteraunt-seafront- beach-pier and town shops. Great price, met expectations.

had another amazing stay in skegness. stayed at a centrally located apartment on the promenade road overlooking the sea. upgraded room, friendly staff, and all amenities within walking distance. perfect for a long weekend getaway.
